"I live only a few minutes away from this office, and every time I walk in the staff is courteous and friendly. I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes for them to be with me, ready to help me out with paying my insurance. The process is always hassle-free, and I’m happy with the hospitality they give. In my experience, I’ve never had an issue here. Would definitely recommend!"

"I have been a customer of Jennifer Lowder - State Farm for several years now and have always been treated like I am valued. My experience has been 5 star since day one. The office staff is prompt and polite. Amanda has gone above and beyond to meet my needs. Would highly recommend giving them a call. Unfortunately I have to provide an update to my once loved Insurance agent. Now this is not exactly anyone in particulars fault but when the time came to make a claim I was left to fend for myself. My local agent had no idea I was struggling to get my claim processed through their national claim support staff. After months of frustration I had enough and took my business elsewhere. It must be that all major insurance providers are under the same pressure to improve the bottom line at the expense of loyal consumers."

"I have been with this State Farm office for the 23 years I have lived here. I was in a accident in April this year, totaled my car and my visiting friend was injured and will require surgery.
